Weeeeeee, we had a pug whirlwind of a Christmas!
Our Mom and Dad took us to 4 different Christmas's and boy are we pug tuckered out!
First we went to visit our Grandma Carol, where we dropped Bruce and Leo (our bigger older brothers, well mine anyway), then we went over to what Dad says was his brother from another mother, Erik's house, and then we went to Daddy's Dad's house, so Mom says that makes him my Grandpa Larry, and finally we stopped at Mommy's parents' house.
We were so spoiled, we got treats, goodies, and toys everywhere we went. Mom and Dad did not know what to do with all of it.
Now that we are home and getting things put away (well Mom is trying, but I keep pulling things back out behind her) we are getting ready to ring in the New Pug Year! I heard it was a thing to stay up really late on the last day of the year and kiss someone you love. Well, look out Mommy, I will boop you when you lean in for that kiss, lolz
The BEST part of Pugmas has begun. We are going to get to see both of our Gradmas and Grandpas over the next 5 days! Yay! Toys, Clothes, Treats and People Food (our parents don't like us to have this, but we are great at sneaking some from our Grandparents when our folks aren't watching. MMMMMMMMM Goodies!!!!!! Mom says no White Christmas this year, but she's silly, we can always put the DVD in and watch it, no matter where we go. Dad told us Mom meant snow, and Alf doesn't like it, and I don't know what Snow is, so it doesn't much matter to me. Below are all of our Pugmas Pictures, we will try to post over Christmas, but there is just so much going on, and I will be one tuckered baby pug from all the people, presents and food, so Alf and I wish you all a Merry Pugmas with lots of wet nosed kisses!
It is 4 days to Pugmas, and we are ready to dig into our stockings. They smell so good that there must be something awesome in them. Mom keeps telling us we have to have patience. She just doesn't understand, its so hard being a pug. People always want you to do what they say, not get into anything we aren't supposed to, and to be good. That last one is the hardest. We try, but sometimes it just doesn't work. We are ready for good goodies, toys, clothes and all the other presents under the tree. See we are waiting patiently, well sort of!

Yesterday my Mom and Dad gave me my last booster puppy shot, and it hurt. I cried a little and my Daddy felt real bad about doing the shot. But they gave me a goodie for being such a trooper. Alf sat and watched me, can you believe he didn't try to save me once. I think he might not like me much.
Today, my mommy had to go to work for a little bit, so we played a bunch before she left, and I got the zumiez outside when she wanted me to go potty. I might have also tried to eat my Christmas Stocking. Mom says Santa Paws doesn't bring naughty puggies toys for Christmas. I don't know who she thinks was being naughty, I don't think it was me.~Gotham
It was a long weekend for me! My little brother wouldn't let me take a nap at all. Mom says I slept most of the weekends but I don't remember that. He ate my last busy bone too, so Mom promised me some Chicken Fries to make up for it. I am super excited about Pugmas this weekend. My parents, My Grandmas and My Girlfriends always get me the bestest Pugmas Gifts. This year I am hoping for some new toys (Gotham destroyed most of mine :( ), some new clothes (gots to stay in style) and lots of goodies. I saw Santa Paws at PetCo and he told me I had been a great boy this year so I should get everything I want. Well, that's what I thought he said. My Human Translation app on my PugPhone was very clear.
I am all ready for the Howl-idays, are you? ~ Alf
Our Mom and Dad work so hard so we can enjoy all the finer things in life, like busy bones, lots of toys and more clothes than most babies have. Because they do so much for us, they wanted us to share our antics, stories and more for everyone to enjoy. We get into a lot of different things.
Right now, our Mom has us doing this thing called "Alf on a Shelf" for her business Holiday promotions. She dresses us up in silly clothes, makes us take pictures so she can post them on whatever Facebook is (she says we both have pages, but we aren't sure we believe that) and gives us goodies for doing it.
Today we got our first taste of Winter here in Southern MD and boy was it colder than a puggies change purse out there. We got fuel line freeze up when we went out to potty, and neither one of us wanted to stay out very long. Alf tried to potty on the front of the house to avoid leaving the front porch and Mom got really mad at him and called him a bad boy. Gotham got the zumiez and ran really fast in circles as far out as his leash would allow. He made Mom really dizzy, but he stayed warm.
Welcome to the Pug Diaries of Alf & Gotham. We can't wait to be famous!
